We have two low mileage G35 6MTs, an '04 sedan (12K) and an '06 coupe (5K) that we have no intentions of selling - but that doesn't stop people from asking & making offers... especially the coupe... I was somewhat surprised as the frequency of the offers has steadily increased. One guy was candid enough to confide that he was looking for base coupe (w/o many options, and thus lighter) with the "rev-up" engine to use for a forced induction application (variable valve timing is desirable, he hinted). I had heard this before, but didn't pay it much mind at the time. OTOH, it may be that low mileage, unmolested Gs are just that much harder to find - that makes more sense to me, as they aren't making any more of them - and the G37 just doesn't seem to have the same attraction... Go figure... anyway YMMV... Enjoy your Gs!
