Oil catch cans

I had one on my 03 Cobra and it did catch oil; I understand the difference between FI and NA engines and saw the oil caught with a FI engine; is it worth the $20-50 to put one on our NA engines? For those that have installed it on a NA engine was it worth it and did it work? Do you check it every week to see how much oil it caught?

Thanks!

How did this slip by without being answered? Of course we have catch cans, once I installed my MotorDyne spacer and realized there was oil residue inside my plenum (not much) the next thing I did was insatall a catch can. I hate the idea of that shi!t being sucked into my intake! I collect less than 1/4" of oil between changes but at least I know it's not where it doesn't belong....
