Cracked and leaking oil pan..

Cracked and leaking oil pan..
Yup, what I thought was Oil Consumption was a leaking oil pan that was cracked! Scary thing is that my car never left any kind of dripping oil marks on the driveway at all.
The car has just been repaired by Nissan and I'm getting it back and still going through with the oil consumption testing.. I have no idea if I will get the new motor or not now that they've probably fixed the problem.. No wonder why I was going through 2 quarts every 1000 miles.
Anyone have recommendations on how to still pass the OC test? lol

Fact or Fiction Thread....?
How do you have a cracked/leaking oil pan and not have a drop under your car....that's impossible. Plus if you're leaking that much oil the whole under carrage would be coated....been there! Sorry Officerdbag, this doesn't sound right. Infiniti may make you restart the OC test since you had the oil pan replaced.

as everyone saying its really hard to crack it. It might be one/more of your "O" ring is/are damage. That happend to me last year. but i noticed it because my drive way always have some leak everytime I start the car. (i think you can see that on one of my thread).good luck and my guess on engine replace I doubt they will replace it.

Ok so here's the story.. Car goes in for OC testing.. They inspect it.. Have the car up on the lift. Check out the under carriage.. Nothing.. They start taking off the splash undertray guard things and they see all of them coated with oil that was slowly leaking.. They inspect it further and see that the oil pan is cracked. ( I honestly have NO IDEA how this happened at all). My aftermarket warranty actually covered the repair and they fixed the oil pan by replacing it with a new one.. So NOW, they just changed the oil and released the car and my OC test has begun.. I'm about 100 miles into it. If I bring it back and it has consumed a quart or more then I will get the new motor.
NOW HERE'S A WEIRD TWIST.
So the service advisor is all cool and a nice guy.. He tells me the whole situation and says i'm set to go.. He also tells me that if anything weird, random or crazy happens out of the blue I am to immediately bring the car back.. I say sure thing.
So I'm driving out of the lot and get on the highway. Everything feels normal and fine to me I catch up to traffic and I come to a complete stop on the highway.. All of a sudden the car starts shaking/wobbling back and forth.. I thought maybe it was the highway itself because there are lots of cars/semi's.. So I let off the brake and let the car idle forward and the shaking/wobbling gets worse. Its like a giant is pushing down on the trunk and letting go constantly...
So I start getting on the gas and the car sounds really choppy and extremely sluggish.. It sounds like a semi or like there is a fan behind the exhaust tips making it sound all choppy. At idle its kind of sputtery and if you get out and stand behind the car it sounds like it has a huge cam installed making a "lope lope lope lope lope" sound.
If I mash on it the car climbs up the rpms very slow with very frequent spikes/power boots. Or it will climb and once the tachometer reaches 5K rpms it will get stuck there then finally start going past it. All the while the Service Engine Soon light is rapidly blinking and staying on at times... Then randomly all of this will stop and go away.
This all just happened after the Oil pan replacement and fix..
I get to a gas station and I check the MAF and its perfectly sitting in there nice and snug.. However there are oil stains on the upper plenum.
I call up the dealer and I ask to speak to my service advisor but it was too late.. Service was closed and everyone left.. WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??
