check your battery out, same thing was happening to me my car wouldnt lock from the key alarm but it would from inside.. a couple weeks later, my battery died.. check it just to make sure because it might be a sign of a weak battery.

Sounds like the locking mechanisim needs to be replaced. It should be the fuse (if there is one, i don't know) becuase if that was blown, it wouldn't ever work. Is it only one side that doesn't lock or are both sides affected?

Probably the actuators are out.. My drivers side does the same thing when it is hot (and if I lock unlock and lock again quickly it will get stuck after the 3rd action) and forces me to roll down the window through the keyfob to open the car door.

wow does it really get that back that you cant even open your door. i mean mine doesnt do that. i think it just that electric actuator that going out but it kind of weird that it would go out on both side at the same time. so yea i would love to have more in put on this if anyone have anything else to say that would be great too.

Your options are to buy an OEM one from ebay or somewhere else for $200 and swap it.

Or a makeshift one for $5 with a more complex install: https://g35driver.com/forums/interio...uator-fix.html
