quick help on wiring...please!

I am in the process of wiring up the amps and integrating the factory wiring. I am stuck on two wires...

In the 2005 G35 coupe, the bose amp has two harnesses going into it. I tapped into the speaker wiring harness, but have a questions as to which wire on the other harness is the ground and power.

I would assume, just by looking at it that the yellow/red is the power, and the black/ red is ground, but was hoping that someone could verify this for me?

any help would be appreciated

Based on the pictures I'd assume you're correct. Do you have a multimeter or circuit tester? You could pick up a cheap one at Radio Shack (less than $20 for a multimeter and maybe $5 for the stupid little 12v light testers). If you don't find a definite answer here that would be a good item to keep around the toolbox anyway.

Second way to test, tap the wires and see if you get any 12v accessory to work off of them. Worst case scenario is a blown fuse or you don't get power and know that you've got the wrong wires.
