Rear tire coming off wheel?

I have volk sf winnings on my coupe lowered on h-tech springs. They are 19/10.5 offset +17 in the rear with 275/35 kumho ecsta spt tires. The last couple of weeks my rear tires have come unseated off the rim.( I was just driving along and notice my tire is completely flat and sure enough the seal between the wheel and tire has been broken. Not sure how exactly, i havent hit any pot holes or anything. It has happened to both paseenger and driver side rear tires. The fronts havent given me any problem though. They are 19/9.5 offest +19 with 255/35 kumho ecsta spt. I had toyo t1rs before and never had any problem with those. What could be the problem? Are the 275s too skinny, and would 285s fit in the rear? Any other suggestions? My dad wants me to get rid of the volks and get cheap 18 inch wheels...Please help!

ninja edit: take the wheel back to whoever put the tires on and have them sort the situation out.

the 275s are being stretched on the wheel make sure theres always enough air in the tires because if there isnt the tires bead WILL want to go back to it normal width. im running 285s on my 10" wide wheel so 275 on a 10.5" wheel is pushing it but im not 100% sure if that your prob just put on some 285s or 295s the prob wont happen again. If all else fail sell me you wheels lol

Have a wheel shop depead the tire from the edge of the rim (both sides of the rim). Then fill back up with air. This should take care of it.

Yea, ur WAY off. Im runnin a 255 on 10.5 and thats a decent stretch. 275 on a 10.5 is NO STRETCH at all.

I'd just take it back to the wheel shop n have them sort it out. Was mounted wrong or sumthin.

^ +1 I'm also running 255 tires on 10.5 wheels and don't have any problems. Your tire shop just put it on wrong.

its all opinion on how much stretch there is but 275 on a 10.5 is a decent amount of tire there... bring it back to the shop and spect the beads on the tires.

Wrong....^....there's hundreds (possibly more) members using 275/35 19 tires on 10.5" rims without issues or having the "Stretched Look!" Having installed a few tires myself over the years the bead on the one you're describing is broken, probably done when tire was mounted....time for a return trip to the tire shop cause you need a new tire!
