Re: G35 IN GERMANY

$1550 is pretty high, but if you are going to play, you have to pay. We are insuring 3 cars and two motorcycles here and I don't even want to tell you what that is costing. And I am not young and don't have any tickets/accidents, etc. Germany is pretty steep on the insurance side. If you can provide a German insurance company with 3-5 years of clean driving records from your stateside insurer, you can get a significant discount instead of paying the sharks outside the gate.
Having more fun everyday with this car here!!

One of the meanest cars that will roll up on you here is the Audi RS6. I would love to have the station wagon version! They flat FLY!! Some of the Germans are pushing 450+ HP in a TRUE sleeper. The other cool cars are the de-badged MB's that have been modified by some of the hot MB tuners here. Big bucks rolling down the road!! I had a "stock" MB ML400 turbo diesel walk away from my BMW 3 series at 135 MPH!! Ouch.

You can add to the number of G35's in Germany. I just brought my 2003 G35 Coupe over with me to Illesheim where I am stationed now. If you see a Diamond Graphite Coupe, thats me...

Add me to the envious list too. I'd love to see how my M feels at autobahn speeds.

The Germans only have the 350Z right now, so the G35 turns heads big time. I am thinking about de-badging the thing like the locals do with their hot rods...
Yeah, there are LOTS of cars that are faster here, but who cares?! I am smiling all the way to work and can't wait for the drive back home! Now about that Stillen twin turbo kit.....

Have you taken a lap on the Nurburgring with the G? If yes, how did it handle.
