The M3 driver didn't know how to drive. You ran a 14.32 & have 234 hp according to your sig. Stock M3 coupe run 1 full second faster, & dyno at 27X - 28X hp.

 

That's not really a fair dyno to post. You basically posted what is probably the lowest dyno for an M3 ever, not reflective of what they typically dyno at (27X - 28X hp).

 

Since BMW extended the warranty & admitted there were problems, I haven't heard of any more engines blowing. I haven't heard of a single 03/04 M3 engine blowing.

 

Umm then that is 2 bmws. Sure whatever.

The highest dyno ever posted and everyone freaked out said you have a rare car was 287 hp and 249 tq. THE HIGHEST! So again these are facts.

The fact remains, you purposely decided to post an unusually low dyno of the M3 (the lowest I've ever seen). It is not representative of the typical M3 dyno.

 

I agree that the new m3 conv. is faster than the g35 but it could lose if the driver isnt great.
I was at the track a while ago and saw a new m3 run 14.9 and 15.0 (not conv. and dont know if it was a manual). This was obviously a bad driver who could not launch. Then another manual m3 ran 13.6 the same night. It was about 95 deg. and high humidity

 

the way i look at it.....g35 drivers get a g35 because it has "M like" performance with a small price tag. when people here say yea i beat an m3 yea i killed a m3......you gotta consider on the road....not everyone has the same mentalilty as you. for instance.....you might think ooo theres a nice car......i wonder if he'll race......while hes thinking...hmmm what should i eat for dinner or i wonder if suzy is home yet. not everyone "races" on the streets for both obvious and hidden reasons. im sure one might think oooo i passed an M3 so i beat him.....unless you stop at a light and talk to each other.....lets race.....orrr u race on the highway where there is no traffic so you can both open up the throttle.....it really cant be considered a win~ jus my .02
