Looks good. How are the "edges" of the window? Some G have beat up edges around the windows..

You also need some tire shine. And I see the previous owner destroyed the bumper by installing their plate..

...."Look'in Good!".... Suggestion, get some bumper plugs to cover the license plate holes....debadge and remove the door trim. (removal just like debadging)

Will be doing that. I was looking to take the door trim off, just needed to find an adequate guide. I don't want to mess it up or leave any ugly gunk behind. Is it as easy as de-badging, just heat with a hair dryer or something and peel with a card?

I'm looking to just de-badge the "G35" and maybe the "Infiniti" I'm not too sure though. I love the clean de-badged look, But I also love the Infiniti logo

Can you grab the bumper plugs at an Infiniti dealer? Looks like I'll need 4 of them .

As for the edges, it looks amazing. They did a really nice job overall.

What tint did you get? Ceramics, titanium? And how much if you don't mind me asking.

I got the top notch 3M they had, the one that doesn't block any signaling. They also threw in the lifetime warranty and a deal where if I get a mandatory removal ticket they will remove for free. It was $250 total.

Make sure to buy Goo Gone to remove the excess adhesive. Use it for both the door trim and the debadging. If i were you I would remove the "G35" and "Infiniti" lettering and leave the Logo. Later you might just do full debadging like me.

Bumper plugs can be easily installed. What percent tint did you get?

You got the 3m Color stable like I did. I have stock navigation and didnt want to block any signal. But I also did front windshield so it was worth it.

I got 20% all the way around. I already used goo gone to take off all the extra adhesive. There was only a little bit around the edges of the exterior.

Only problem is the window makes a little noise when you close the door. The window has that feature where it automatically lowers and then closes a tiny bit when you close the door, and its making noise now that the tint is done.

I know obviously not to touch the window for 3-4 days, but the noise is bothering me. Is it going to ruin the tint?

Front windshield the way to go! Ask me I think it gives it a more of a aggressive look that's why I went that rout.

Bump.. whenever I close the door there is this rough sound when the window closes up... The windows automatically lower a tiny bit, then close when you open / close the door.

Whenever I close it, sounds like the glass is squeaking real bad or maybe the window motor is straining... IDK, but I don't like it too much...

wait till the tint dries, if the squeak is still there use a little wd40 to the squeaky area
