insurance for a 16 yr old in a g35 coupe?

I'm 16 and I think it's around $275 a month for my G35 (full coverage) :S

Sounds like a good idea :S But everybody else's insurance rates seem lower in this thread..hm. (Just to be clear..this is insurance for me and the car--$100 for me on the policy and $175 for the car...)

In Louisiana, btw.

and u have a sedan? rofl, im in florida, it might be more but if i register uner the montero hopefully not.

btw, may i ask how much u picked up ur sedan for>?

i have state farm... im 18, no accidents reported, and i pay 900 every 6 mo. for full coverage

but what if you crash the G, what would happen? how would they pay u, the insurance company

It doesn't matter if you're not listed as the primary driver of the G, the thinking is that all the drivers on the policy will be driving all the cars on it in some manner, they just need the primary driver info to determine the rates. If you crash your G, they have no proof that you're the primary driver of that because you're technically authorized to drive it in the policy.

Got the sedan from my dad's friend for 11k. (He's being transferred to Singapore so he had to sell his car fast )

yeah. The G listed on my policy as a pleasure (weekend) car.

So the coverage is less for both cars than it is for one single G.

Obviously...............I'm using the other one as a ramp for ATV...........I don't have any millage limitations on my policy.
