How to reset window motor?
Also, be very careful since it's not calibrated it likely isn't going to drop your window 1/2" when you open the doors and if it's NOT dropping the window you run a serious chance of breaking the glass when you try to close the door. As a short term way around this problem you can remember to drop the window a little before exiting the vehicle then put the key in the door lock and hold it to LOCK to roll the window back up, you will also need to hold the key to UNLOCK to drop the window back down before you enter the vehicle again.
Whoa! Can you really roll up the windows by turning the key to lock??? I did not know that. I don’t think I’ve ever put my key in the keyhole.
if you turn it to unlock will it roll them down?
I do know now to hold the key fob unlock to lower the windows. That is a great feature and better than Lexus bc Lexus opens the sunroof too which I don’t prefer.

Yeah the key lock cylinder is also a window switch, hold the key to lock to roll up windows, hold to unlock to roll them down.
I also have a module by KP Technologies that allows the windows to auto up when you hit the lock button twice, pretty handy and I haven't had any problems with it. They also make one for the sunroof that I'll probably install next summer, allows you to hold the lock/unlock buttons down to open the sunroof, lock twice will close it.
