Emergency! Need your help!!! Trunk issue!

Hey guys... I was about to do a trunk swap and disconnected my plugs on the trunk and accidently closed it! The trunk switch in the car and also on my FOB do not work. Doh! My backseat is also shut...

How do I go about popping my backseat to access the emergency latch?

Please help!!!!

The thing above the seats is part of that mechanism, however it is raised when you pull on what is really supposed to open the folding rear seats.

I was exchanging my books in the parking lot while I was at the uni and I accidentally closed my trunk with the keys inside. So I just dug around inside until I found the loop.

Next time make sure to set the trunk release switch on so that you can use the switch up front in the drivers area to allow you to use the switch. I dont know why they just didnt remove that on/off switch and just let you use it normally. Oh well.

It's so if you valet your car, you can turn it off, lock the glove box, and store your stuff in the trunk and the valet guys can't get to your stuff unless they know about the "secret string" haha
