I would specify with the facility that you're at what they would exactly be doing. There's a big difference between flushing and draining/filling. You would technically be "changing" fluid with both so I'd ask just to be sure.

The owner's manual states to inspect fluid every 30k, not change it. I go with the drain and fill philosophy. It's quick, it's easy, and I do it myself in the comfort of my garage.

Are the liable to fix this now? Or will I be **** out of luck?
Again, this is a touchy subject. Did they have you sign any form of waiver before the flush was performed. I would definately bring it back to them and express your concerns and definately have them double check the fluid level or better yet you check the fluid level. I know you said that they somewhat pushed you into it and here is where the difference between dealerships and smaller franchised oil lube facilities can be seen. I only own the one store and greatly value retaining my customers, so I tend to step to the plate if there is a chance an error has been made, they are probably not as willing to help you out. Good luck with them, hopefully its just a bit low on fluid!

When's the last time you the tranny fluid changed? Sounds like the fluid was never changed before and the flush caused the problem.

I would hope by today you've already taken you G back to Nissan and told them how your trans is shifting. With the right amount of trans fluid your tranny should be over joyed....bet they didn't fill it!

This is all you should do to start. Tell them it was fine before, now it shifts badly, please diagnose and fix -- on their dime.
