Just follow the break-in procedure in your owner's manual.

extremly simple, folow the manufacturers or dealers recomended break in process( some cars will say dont change the oil for the first 5000 miles etc)

This....^....is way extreme for a brand new engine! Like other members suggested, follow what it says in your manual. Apparently it's to late for sensible driving for the first 1K miles. I would change oil at 2K miles but not synthetic, wait until the following oil/filter change.

so for the first 1k miles i should follow:

1. Avoid driving for long periods at constant
speed, either fast or slow. Do
not run the engine over 4,000 rpm.
2. Do not accelerate at full throttle in any
gear.
3. Avoid quick starts.
4. Avoid hard braking as much as possible.
5. Do not tow a trailer or haul a heavy
load for the first 500 miles (800 km).

and change oil at 2k with regular oil and the next oil change i can switch to synthetic
