Jerky Transmission when cold

Hello all,

I am a new owner of an 06 G35 Coupe I've had it for just over one month now. I have noticed that the transmission (auto) is quite jerky when the car is cold. (I live in Canada) This goes away when it warms up.

What do you guys think of this?

(PS I tried searching prior to posting, but couldn't find anything about this.)

Also, I have a few other questions.
With regards to oil change... What's your take on using synthetic?
What Canadian fuel brand and octane rating gives you the best performance/fuel economy? I have tried Shell 91/Sunco 94/Canadian Tire 91.. Canadian Tire being the worst.

Thanks for your help!

check transmission fluid when it's cold.

No problems using synthetic as longs as you use the proper grade.
