just leave him a text or go to his house.. you got his info.. tell him that i am going to report you to insurance if this does not get solved in 1 week.

then if he doesnt comply.. just simply report it to insurance.. say you got all his info. drivers license, policy number, etc and want to report it. and let him know on that day your gonna report it and see what he tells you.. you gotta somewhat push that person to its points to make him realized **** is not a game.

i didnt report it to insurance yet because i didnt want to pay the deductible (500) which is basically paying entirely for the damage. did not know i would not need to pay the deductible
the casino had enough witnesses & they were nice enough to make me a copy of the other person's driver license and insurance info

thank you all for the responses. =]

you wont pay the deductible if you report to his insurance. call his insurance tell them that this person hit you and here his policy number.

why dont you get the insurance through this, its really unsafe and unreliable to do this yourself. if not get the police involved first thing instead of waiting a month.

Call your insurance, and see what your options are. They may be able to get his insurance to pay for the damages without your own insurance filing the claim for you. I would have called my own insurance agent to see what my options are, just in case, in the first place...
