Have you removed yours? It appears to be only stuck on. I have access to an engraving shop and want to make my own custom emblems...I havent tried lifting them off.....thanks.

 

I just switched mine from INFINITI to the JDM SKYLINE , only a few more parts and im done with the whole jdm. Its an easy take off.

just pry from the edges and sides and in the middle of the sills are clips. just use moderate force

 

did the same thing with mine i like it!

 

Why do so many put Skyline emblems on their Gs? Is the G35 somehow related to the Skyline? Not flaming just curious.

 

The skyline is the Japanese version of the G35.
There identical if im not mistaken, other than that its RHD.

 

Yeah I just used a flat head screw driver to pry up the edges and then my brute force to get it out.

 

BTW what are your custom emblems going to look like???

Thats what im talking about...The aluminum strip thats says --Infiniti-- on the sill plate...Is that strip just stuck on? I havent as yet decided on what i want to emgrave on the plate..I am a sheet metal worker by trade so polished stainless steel with a nice scroll ---G35--- maybe nice. I have a white coupe, and i have seem the blue disk brakes on this site (on a white coupe) and may go with blue disks and matching blue scroll work myself...hmmmmm. we shall see.

you have to replace the intire sill the INFINITI is part of the sill
they are very nice
