Gas take stays on E
Gas take stays on E
So im not sure what the deal is but i guess my gas tank loves ecstasy or somethin as I have been putting $30 of gas in the car and it still reads that its on E..
in addition, my vdc, slip, and brake light all stay ON and showing even when theyre not applied..
Can you guys inform me why this is and what i can do to resolve this?
THanks a bunch because its fncking annoying to not know if you need gas or not

it could possibly be throwing codes i'll get that checked..
im leaving the car on right now to see if the gas take will read after awhile...i know it has gone up and went to a quarter tank when i put in $20..but it shouldnt take $20 to only fill up 1/4

Take the hint, it wants some e in the gas tank!
Ask this same question to www.infinitihelp.com and see what they say about this issue. I could put $100 in my tank and it still wouldn't show full....

This happened to me too. I filled the tank on Saturday, Sunday i turned the car on and it read EMPTY!!! and my service light came on. I took it to the dealer and they said they replaced a censor under warranty, but they said the wiring was damaged by rodents. I was like wtf!? The guy at the dealer said it was something that happens a lot and to just fix it would be almost $480 bucks!!!! I took it to a mechanic and he fixed the wires and i got no service light. But I filled up from a 1/4 tank and it stops at 1/2 a tank and wont allow anymore gas. So its back to the stealership to see what they say.
