there are two bolts that hold the glass to the track. Mine was loose in the front and would not seal against the rubber property and could wiggle around a bit. My guess is that you need to tighten these up. they are located at the lower edge of the glass one on each end. you need to take off the door panel to get to it. There are adjustment holes that you can reach the bolts without removing the inner door skin but you need to raise the glass to almost closing position to see them. I think they were covered with black plastic circlular tapes.

I had the same problem its the 2 bolts at the bottom of the window track need to be tightened, I made a DIY for the fix here's the link.
