Have a great story on getting pulled over. I got pulled over the other night and got a tint ticket. The good part is that the officer and his partner were more interested in my car asking me all these questions and complimenting it over and over on the looks and stuff like that. I was there for like 20 min just talking to the officers about my car kinda ridiculous if you ask me. This happen with anyone else where you get pulled over and the cop is more interested in your car then why you got pulled over? and does anyone know how much a tint ticket is in NJ? The cop never wrote it down anywhere or told me where to find out how much it is.

 

Maybe he was trying to get in your pants? did he have a loose wrist while he was talking to you?

One time I was driving on the freeway to work one morning at like 445am and I was on a super dark stretch of the freeway. So this car comes up and starts tailing me hard. I sped up to 80 just to see if he would keep riding me, and he does. So I drop it into 3rd and take off to 120 and smoked him. So I slow back down, he catches up, and when he passes under a light post I notice his light bar, lol. So I figured I was screwed, I'm going to jail and gonna lose my job. So I start getting off the freway and he lights me up and wudev, so I pull over. And all he could say was how much nicer my car was than his Charger, lol. He gave me a 10over ticket and said "This is a pride thing, we both know you have the nicer car" lol, it was pretty awesome.

 

i am not a fan of cops that try to be my friend and still give me a ticket... either give me a ticket and be a dick about it, or don't give me a ticket and be nice... if you're giving me a ticket to me your a dick regardless...

Happened to me about a month ago on the way to Chicago. Pulls me over for no front plate but then proceeds to tell me not to drill into my bumper cuz he doesnt want me to ruin the paint. First thing he said when he walked up was, "Man this is an awesome car"

 

That happened to me back in the late 80's. I had a totally riced out Mugen CRX (i was a OG ricer) and the cop was totally fascinated. He still gave the ticket though. That was over 20yrs ago. Funny how you never forget things like this.

 

Yeah I would like to see pics. Atleast they weren't dicks about it, Id much rather prefer a nice cop.

 

I get pulled over at least once a week for my front plate and by the time they walk up to the car they forgot I didn't have a front plate and ask me stuff about the car or if my tires leak air lol

 

That's happened to me before, the officer puled me over just to look the car over.

 

I'm totally with you on this. I'm not the biggest fan of cops to begin with, and if you pull me over and waste my time and money, you're automatically a douchebag in my book whether you're nice about it or not.

 

You guys that hate cops need to f^ukin grow up! They're only doing their jobs that the city or state hired them to do. I've had way more than my share of tickets and deserved each and every one....almost. I've been pulled over several times where the officer admired my ride. After a brief explanation of why/what I was doing I wasn't given a ticket.

I did it all the time. I pulled over a lot of Hondas and imports and always had questions. I wasnt so concerned about illegal mods n fix it tix. I never pulled over nice cars it seemed like haha when you run plates typically its the beater cars that come up with expired tabs or the owner has warrants or something to that effect

 

My car left for the shop to get the bumper repainted this morning ill post pics when i get it back.

 

It cost me $500 to have my KurumaZ bumper totally refinished this last week, what did your shop charge you....if you don't mind my asking?
