Well I went and replace my front two tires. The guy said one of my stud on my wheel was no good but he said i can still drive with just four. When i drive it on the highway my steering wheel shakes/vibrate at like 60-70 mph. They did balance my tires also. I was wondering whats going on...do u think it could be the riding on just 4 lug nuts.

 

You should have had them replace that wheel lug, retail is $3 (three dollars). It may be wasted but you can still run the lug nut down and see if that corrects your "out of balance" issue. If it doesn't, they did a poor job balancing your tires so you'll need to take it back and have them rebalance your tires.
