Windshied wiper fluid not coming out...

When I bought the car my washers would not spray (even after making sure they were topped up with fluid).
I took it to Infiniti, and it turns out that the tube that carries the fluid from the reservoir to the wiper arms had a hole in it. The hole was caused by friction (the tube rubbing against a part inside the car), the friction could have been happening over months or years though. Can't say for sure.
And that 3 minute diagnosis, and $0.20 part (spliced the tube), I left Infiniti with a $120.00 bill.
Also, If possible: Pop open your hood, have someone else turn on the wiper spray, and listen for the wiper motor (located on the passenger side front of the car). At least you could tell if your motor is toast or not.

There is a small valve that connects two pieces of hose. You can find the little valve behind your battery. A buddy of mine had this problem and it turned out that the little valve was clogged. The purpose of the valve is to hold pressure in the hose.
