I'm about to buy the USA SPEC for my 07 g35 coupe (I have bluetooth, no navi, no installed satellite radio). I have a few questions before I buy it. Whats the difference between PA15-INFI and the PA15-NIS? I heard they both work on my car, but which model should I pick? Will the USA SPEC affect my bluetooth? Any limitations to the USA SPEC? Is there a DIY? I couldn't find one for the coupe. And is there anything better than the USA SPEC for ipod integration? Thanks for the help.

The INFI installs to the SAT tuner in the trunk. The NIS installs behind the head unit. My car is not SAT ready and I am using the PA15-NIS fine. It's awesome.

Here is a DIY (it's for the PAC unit, but same dash removal is the same for either unit obvioously).

And here is a comparison of the old PAII vs. PAC vs. OEM. Not up to date with the PA15, obviously.

So if I don't have Sirius or XM installed, I should choose the PA15-NIS? Bc I'm pretty sure I do have satellite pre-wiring right?

You probably do have it pre-wired in a 2007 (someone would need to confirm)

I installed this last night in my 2006 coupe (has SAT installed) the actual "install" was a breeze compared to ripping apart the dash, but now I need to route and hide all the cabling. I am installing rear speakers soon so I will wait and do everything together and "finalize" my PA15-INFI install.

The NIS should work for both SAT and non-SAT equipped cars. The INFI, however, will work only on SAT equipped cars.

Call USA-Spec to confirm. They are local to me here in the City of Industry. They were helpful when I called them.

did you install the unit behind the headunit or in the trunk? If it's behind the headunit, how did you wire it all the way to the center console? Is the cable concealed? Pictures?

The cord tucks away nicely between the driver's seat and center console when not in use. I have about 2 feet (maybe a little more) of slack, so I can hold the phone up to my ear (when I'm safely parked of course...LOL). It's also long enough that I can dock my iPhone in my ProClip holdster (love the ProClip, BTW. one of my favorite "mods" or buys I've installed on the car). I pulled the cord out so you can see it, but it's usually pretty concealed and not clearly visible.

I just installed mine tonight and I love it!

I put the box behind my shift boot in the dash and ran the cord through to the back of my armrest (drilled a hole by the cup holder and finished it off with a bushing) so that I could put my ipod/iphone in the armrest console.

If I get a chance, I'll upload some pictures to show you.
