What most of us do for the 30K mile service is flush all fluids which also includes clutch and brakes. There's no reason to have Infiniti do this service as long as they use Nissan fluids to maintain your warranty....keep the paperwork! I had Nissan do mine, the cost was 40% less than Infiniti quoted.

Tranny flush for sure. Have the Diff checked or changed. NISSAN is cheaper!! They also send me coupons.

I did all this, off course with Amsoil fluids. I had my mechanic change the belts, (it's a four year old car anyway). I had him change the in-cabin filter. I had ordered all my brakes from Riverside Infiniti, only the rear were wearing down. So he chaned them out too. I also had him seafoam my car. Well worth it.

just wondering, how much did this cost you?
I want to see the price difference between a dealership and a independant shop

600?! I was quoted 1k. It's not tough changing some filters and doing a transmission flush.

I spent about $300 on parts and fluids. My mechanic charged me about $200 for labor. I have no oil consumption problem and I plan to keep the car for a long time. That's why I baby it. Well worth it in my opinion.
