I was on the race track today and my stock 06 coupe did not want to go faster than 130 ish mph. Felt like I took my foot off the gas even though I was still pressing it down really hard. Is there a speed gov. on these cars? Can I remove it?

 

Do you have a 5AT or 6MT? If 5AT, you sure you got the sport package?

BMW limits their non-sport package cars to 130mph while their sport package cars get 155mph limiters.

Wouldn't be surprised if Infiniti did the same.

Hell i have a o7 AT and i have done 140 on i-95.. i had to show it down... i didn't feel like killing myself that night

haha. i laughed out loud. funny. but yes im assuming you do have the non sport package. i have an '05 6MT and i've taken it passed 135 MPH. so....it's your car.

 

Is this a real fact: sports package is de-limited?

anyways regardelss, the tune on your twin turbos shoud take off the limiter.
