Hi i had seen some small rust starting @ the side of my doors from small rock chips was wondering what would be the best way to remove them?

 

I have some on my fenders too.

 

My father has a 280ZX Turbo that was made out of recycled metal. Every one of them rusted. I clean under the doors and trunk every time I wash the car. I am scared of the nissan rusting curse! However I do not see many 1990 or 91 300ZX turbos rusting. And one more addition of 2 cents... My friends 2003 F-150 just started to rust lots under the door panels.

OP, you'll probably have to have it sanded down to bare metal and have the entire sill painted and blended to match for a total fix.

You could probably carefully sand it down and touch it up if it's small enough. Just don't touch it up with any rust still present. It will get worse from there.
