Totally depends on what you like and what you are coming from. Many people, especially those coming from sport suspension want to keep the stiffness or even get a bit more stiff so 350z tein springs are a better choice.

It's softer than stock in the rear by a considerable margin (stock sport suspension).

Oem linear springs
G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s
G35 sedan’s with sport suspension
350Z’s 2003/2004 (unrevised)
Front:314 Rear:342

Oem linear springs
G35 sedan's with non sport
Front: 283 Rear: 308

Oem linear springs
G35 coupes 2005/2006 with oem 19’s only
350Z 2004.5 to 2006 (revised suspension)
Front:314 Rear:427

Any spring or coil over that has “stiffer then oem springs by” does not factor in the higher rear spring rates of 2005 coupes with oem 19’s or 04.5+ oem 350Z’s

Tein S-tech 350z (fronts are progressive, rears are linear) .7”/.6” drop on 350Z G35 drops will be higher
Spring rates in LBS 386/402 (estimated front intial rate is 327lbs)

Tein H-tech 350z linear springs .3”/.2” drop on 350Z G35 drop will be higher
Spring rates in LBS 358/375

Tein H-tech G35 (fronts are progressive, rears are linear) coupe drop .6"/.3" sedan drop 1.4"/.7"
Spring rates in lbs 324/260 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)

Tein S-tech G35(fronts are progressive, rears are linear) coupe drop 1.2"/.9" sedan drop 2"/1.3"
Spring rates in LBS 358/274 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)

Only thing im worrying about is the drop i seen lots of pics of tein stech for G35 on G35's but 1 pic of 350z springs on a G. I dont want mine to low and honestly i dont want to get camber kit on it. Will the ones from the Z make it much lower i like my rear to sit a tad higher then my front and seems like the ones for the g35 do that idk about the 350z ones.

Your gonna need a camber kit regardless if you use Z or G s-techs. You can get away without using camber kits with the cost of accelerated tire wear. Front camber is not adjustable without a kit. You just have to make sure your toe is set correctly when you get an alignment.

They drop about the same. Seriously the Z vs G Stechs have the same drop almost. I think you just saw a picture where they did the spring mount mod and cut the rear rubber. Maybe it would be easier if you specify what year car and if you have the sport tune package. (Did your car come w/ oem 19s and do you have orange stitching on your steering wheel?)
