New IP G35 Coupe Owner

Got a good deal on a 2006 IP 5AT Infiniti G35 Coupe. It has 40,000 miles and cost me $19,000. I wanted the 06 to 07 because of the new headlights and such. But there are absolutly NO extras. No premium package, Navi, Aero...... it has the 17 in. wheels but all this I can live without or plan on upgrading. I want to start by getting the sport bumper and the 06-07 spoiler. Are these links below good places to get them? Has anyone ever used them? It comes painted but will the paint match up very well? It seems kind of cheap for a bumper and for it painted. Idk though. Also the only thing I kind of wanted was the smart key option. Is there any way to add that on at the dealer or something. Thanks for the help and opinions guys. I am looking forward to many years on this forum. Finally got rid of my rsx. haha. It was a good first car though.

First off, congratulations on your new purchase. You're already ahead of some of the 03-05 guys who have to upgrade their headlights and tails to the OEM 06-07.

I would not purchase anything from eBay. There are plenty of vendors here in the Market Place that will offer you plenty of good prices on products that you are looking for.

Again, welcome to the forum and happy modding. Don't let the bug bite you too hard.

eBay is not that bad at all.
you just have to play smart and be careful who you are dealing with.
I got my G off eBay and it was awesome deal!

Welcome to DRIVER, DEVMAN! Don't buy anything for your IP coupe until you've seen ALL the options available! There's trunk lids available that are 100% better than OE spoilers and front bumpers too. Most of the items you'll see on eBay for our cars isn't quality stuff unless you know who you're buying from....be very careful! It's far better to buy mod items from our MARKETPLACE or sponsors like Tony/Rick at Riverside Infiniti 800-919-8130. Also be cautious buying from members that don't have a giant post total, if you do buy from someone local so you can pick up the items. Questions, use our SEARCH I can guarantee all your answers are there....

Thanks Guys. Yeah ebay can be sketchy sometimes so I wasn't sure. There are 06's w/o a sports bumper. At least I'm pretty sure. I have been wanting to get rid of the side door moldings. I did some research and found out that you can do it cause it's double sided tape but I never could find out if it looks okay or if there is an odd fading of paint. Does anybody know? I called the dealer and he said he doesn't know and doesn't do that kind of work because it is not an oem part, but i thought it was an oem part.
