Car is really warm

G35/06/ATM/Coupe

when ive been driving the car its incredibily warm inside i just feel this heat from the engine, i have all the heat/ac options turned off, the ac works fine, i had taken the car to ifiniti to get it fully inspected nothing was wrong, but there is a very noticable temperature change inside the car vs the outside anyone else have this problem, my own conclusion is when i idling @ the lights the engine heat is emitted from the side and coming in? iam not sure anyone have this problem, sorry if i missed anything

Just turn the temperature dial down all the way. AC/heater does not have to be on to do this. This is how u can adjust the temperature without actually turning the climate control on.

You're not alone.
You can thank infiniti for the front mid-ship engine... Engine is too close to the firewall/ the interior of the car...

No biggie. It works on your favor during the winter. lol

Drive with sandals on and you will feel where the heat is coming from!

I believe the heat comes from the transmission rather than engine.

What about the 07+ G Sedan? I have this loaner for the past week. I don't feel any heat seeping into the cabin at all in this car.

........you guys crack me up, it's SUMMER and AUGUST why wouldn't you think it would be warm/hot inside your G35s? We deal with this most of the year here in SOCAL, press that button that says AUTO ECON and turn the temp down to 70 degrees and when you park find a shady spot that'll help considerably. Don't forget to close the shade on your sunroof if you're lucky enough to have one!

You're a freaking idiot. Read the entire thread. Driving my G35 Coupe at night, at 65 degree weather, you can feel HEAT seeping into the cabin. One point, it was hot, I had to roll down the windows. At it was 65 degree outside...

I now have the G Sedan to drive (loaner). And it doesn't FEEL as hot as the G coupe...
