I don't see how that is a ram-air intake. Plus, it seems like there would be a lot of turbulence inside that hosing. I'd say stick with what is known to work well on our cars.

Well I think they car it a ram intake cuz that flex part runs from down in the bumper up to the intake.... idk I still might give it a try. Nobody else ever used this, even if I wasn't on a G ?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
If you have $60 to blow give it a shot. If some of us aren't willing to ever think outside the box and try different things we'll always be behind the 8 ball.

I have to say though the design looks very restrictive and not very well thought out. How will you mount the filter? It's only source of air is a 3" tube? I'm by no means an engineer but I don't see how this will perform well. But who knows, I'm sure a lot of people were skeptical of a supercharger when it was first invented.

^^ that's what I was thinking, they were going for a power chamber kinda think but I think it would be better if it were on a bigger scale

attach the filter to a ztube, add a T to the flexpipe, attach T to OEM ram air that hangs off the radiator support, and the rest of the tube goes through the bumper to the front openings.

i had planned on doing something similar. make the front openings function for either cooling brakes or for the intake setup.

I have a certain thing i follow whenever i go on ebay.

If it doesnt say its specifically for a G35, then I wouldn't even think about it. That filter fits a G35 and 240sx. It will fit, but you will loose power because of the smaller & longer piping.

Not sure how well it will work, although it does have a filter... I would stick to marketplace intake setups...
