Yes it maybe void the warranty if it is done by you or other mechanics. I recommended to get it done by Infiniti Mechanic(s) and that will not avoid your warranty. Also, please keep in mind that Insurance may cancel the policy if lowered. Call your Infiniti dealership and your insurance about lowering the car.

I would venture to guess that it would void the warranty on the entire suspension system since you are now driving the car out of spec (ride height). since the car is now lower there could be additional stress on the suspension components since it is operating outside of it's design intent.
Not directly related but to give you an idea what could go wrong. Lifted IFS (independent front suspension 4WD) trucks sometimes have CV joints that go bad due to excessive angle. Warranty is void on a portion of the drivetrain since it is directly related to the lift.

If it doesn't, it should
As you can tell, I don't like cars/trucks either raised or lowered.

Any non-OEM parts you use on your car will only void the warranty on mechanical failures caused by the non-OEM parts. And of course they do not warrant the non-OEM part. The Magnussen-Moss act protects us from companies solely denying warranties simply for usong Non-OEM parts. They must have some reasonable evidence that would prove the failure was a result of the aftermarket part.

it also voids squeaks and rattles.
