Speakers turning off and on randomly

I tried searching for this but didn't really find anything that answers how to fix my specific problem. I have an 04 6mt coupe with factory bose and randomly my speakers (usually all of them at once) will stop working if I brake or accelerate hard or hit bumps in the road. If I unplug the 2 speaker-wire-harness connectors from the front factory bose amp and wiggle/re-seat them with the stereo running and the sound will start playing normally again from all the speakers (but only if you hold your mouth right). It seems like the plugs are just loose or the harness doesn't click into the amp tightly like it should, but I've tried reseating it several times and it usually starts acting up again as soon as I hit a bump in the road. Any idea how to fix this?

lol this happens to me too but i have a 12" sub and aftermarket amp. I think one of my connections are loose or something but whenever i run over a hard bump, it would sometimes cut off the left side of the speakers. My solution is I just turn the bass on to max and the major vibration would turn the other speaker on lol. I know this wasn't much help but yeah, check your wires. I know one of mine is lose but I'm just too lazy to go back there n rip everything apart to check.

the problem is not the speakers or wires, it is the main unit or console (dc/radio unit) however u call it. you need to get a new one!

I fixed this in the past by taking the unit apart and reseating the 2 ribbon cables that connects the cd player to the main board.

This fix is time consuming (Set asside 3hrs) and you need some experience with a soldering iron.

mine does this from time to time. it something to do with the wiring in mine from the steering column running to the head unit. ive taken every bit of it apart and reconnected it all. if it goes off. i release the column adjuster and firmly pull it as low as it will go and re tighten the adjuster and it fixes whatever loose connection persists to stay. good luck tho bc ive spend HOURS and made no progress. maybe yours will be better.
