I've got 55k on my 06 Coupe and routinely checked my tank mileage. Always hovered around 21mpg in mixed driving. Now the last few tanks have me a little afraid, 15.1 and 15.5mpg in similar mixed driving. I don't notice any drivable difference, air filter is fine, no codes, etc. Tires all properly inflated. May be a touch of extra fuel smell from exhaust, but not sure. It's always been relatively intense on both my Nissans. Ideas?

 

15mpg sounds like the average. I use to get 19mpg when the car was new.

 

But would it happen over the course of 2-3 tanks of gas? Wasn't a gradual decline

 

i have been getting 21-23mpgs with twin turbos ... so that sounds a little low to me

 

Maybe that's what I need to help out my mpg, twin turbo. I was totally off base That would be awesome, but I'd likely get 9mpg then.

 

21-23 w/ TT's is babying it. That doesn't happen much ... ha
