Re: 2005 G35's already in Hawaii

Wow, seems like a lot more people like the looks of the new 19's after seeing these pics. Just to let you all know, my name is Brian and not Brad. These cars were in a fenced in area that even had barbed wire. The first time I went to the lot I had to take the pics from outside the fence. The second time I went I was able to get permission to enter the area and look at the cars. The interior shots that I took were all taken through the really dirty windows. Also, the new wheat color is a little darker than the current willow. Also the new Stone leather is pretty dark, a dark gray. My salesman told me that the cars will be available to look at on their lot this week sometime. Then I will be able to take some clean pics of the interior and also shots of the exterior without the white protective film I'm probably going to go with the new Athens Blue with either Graphite or Stone.

Great job on the spy pics! I can't wait to stop by next week and see the '05's interior in person. Thanks

What are the major differences in the 05 model?

My Nismo wheels say forged on the side. I believe every forged wheel has this identification. Due to the casting process, I don't believe you believe you can put info on the side of the wheels unless you etch it on after the fact. The forging process allows this.

Has anyone been able to identify the make of the tires on the 2005 6MT coupe? I pray they are not Bridgestones.

You got it right. I would understand if Infiniti was boycotting the French, but why these Potenzas?

this is not true the " identification" can be done either way.

They ARE driven off the boats and put on trucks, the hook is there to secure them in place while on the boat. The boat can get tossed around during a bad storm and the cars need to be secured in place to prevent them from getting tossed around as well.

The new colors look very refreshing....but those 19's look plain ugly in those pix.

Wait until the 2005 buyers get a taste of the Bridgestones. The complaints will be numerous judging from Z and TL sites.

I'm probably going to go with the new Athens Blue with either Graphite or Stone.

---------------------------------

I believe that you could only get Wheat and Stone w/ the Athen Blue, that or Wheat or Graphite, but I know for sure one is Wheat though. There only 2 interior selection for Athen Blue.

I believe Stone is only available on Brilliant Silver, Diamond Graphite, and Lakeshore Slate...

Re: 2005 G35's already in Hawaii

it is not true because the wheel can be stamped with whatever "identification" regardless of the manufacturing process. please do not confuse the board members with false information anymore. thank you.
