Dude, I completely feel ya on the loss...I would be the exact same way. Hopefully you find something to fill that void, even though it will prolly never be the same...

If u do pull stuff, I would love a driver side window motor...

Definately have insurance sue for impairment.
You should be allowed to sue for a settlement in addition to your fix cost.

If your FMV of the car is $20K and they fix it for you. It's still not worth $20K. Perhaps you can let your agent know. Something should work out.

soooooo sad. That was the hardest thing I had to do in a long time...but I guess if that was the hardest thing I had to to in awhile, then my life ain't that horrible =) just trying to see the bright side i guess...
anyways Thank you ALL for everything =) this forum rocks!!!

and I am set on my new ride =)

drum roll please...

either a 2010 40th Anniversary 370Z
or a 2010-2011 370Z touring/sports pkg...

the thing that keeps me deciding is the Nav and gadgets in the touring/sports model...the 40th doesn't have it, but the interior!!!! OMG
makes my heart jump =)

So no more G for me fellas… but Im still in the Nissan Family =)

Sorry to hear its gone but the 2010 40th Anniversary 370Z is a fantastic looking piece of work. Shame you cant mix and match the NISMO variant but then NISMO should be its own thing.

You could go for the Anniversary Edition G tho?

If you want the nav in the touring/sports model. Just get that. Just swap the seats out for BRIDE or RECARO or something.

btw. The whole transvestite running into you thing was hilarious.

Sorry for our loss.... You'll see better days. Would you consider jumping into the 350z family? get a 2007+ sport model.

The most important thing is you weren't hurt badly. A car is a thing, things can be replaced. Lives can't.

Hopefully it'll get totally and you can find another automotive "love of your life".
