Does A/T Really have more TORQUE than M/T??????
Yea so i was on wiki .com and came across the specs of the g35 and it said that the g35 sedan and coupe A/T comes with 282HP and 269Lb torque and for the 6M/T it listed at 298HP and 258Lb torque. Thats a 11 Lb torque extra that the A/T has which i thought was bad *** and made me enjoy my A/T g coupe. And i kno torque is wats better for racing and explains to me why i usually pull 6M/T g's and 350z's by a lil.
i had auto and now manual.... auto had a few mods headers, intake, exhaust, etc... went against a stock manual and beat it barely it was really close... but 11 lb sounds like there should be a noticable difference..

G is not a sport car (or even sports car). you want a sports car - buy a porsche. </troll>
Nissan GTR is auto trans, Lexus ISF is auto trans, Ferrari 599 has an f1 sequential auto trans option. BMW M series offer auto trans. The point behind these high end cars having an auto trans is that they can shift faster. That being said, i still prefer driving a stick.
Stop speaking such logic Sir and make brain dead"macho" stick comments instead to keep this thread going in the proper direction.
There is a gigantic difference between high end cars/supercars automatic gearboxes and that on a g35. But if you want to go ahead and compare apples to oranges then whatever floats your boat....
