painting grill.....paint emblem or no?

OB coupe, OB painted headlights, selling my OB giall rep grill and putting on an oem one that will be painted......OB! lol.....should i leave the emblem alone or paint it? not much shines on my car other than my silver wheels and polished n1 muffler. my tails are smoked/painted and my wingless trunk is debadged. opinions??? need to know asap before i spray it! lol

I prefer the chrome but it's a matter of personal taste IMO. do what you like the most!

i'd leave the emblem chrome personally. i guess consider what you want your look to be. Very stealth? subtle? i think that tiny hint of color will give your car a nice look

I perfer black grill with chrome emblem, but if you are going for a blacked out look then paiint it black...

yeah as of now the only things not black are my wheels and muffler. lol ive seen pix of the grill and emblem blacked out and with the emblem chrome......guess i could rock it chrome for a while and see how it looks then.

Leave the front surface chrome but paint everything on the emblem behind that. I can take a picture of mine and show you if the shop gets it back to me soon enough.

Leave it Chrome.. if you don't like having it chrome then paint it later... Once you go black you can't go back.

I HAD THE SAME QUESTION TOO!!! but i didnt want to start a thread on it... im thnking of either just painting the emblem blk or getting an emblemless blk grill from Ionic..but a question for painting the stock emblem... do i paint the whole piece or just the face of it??

btw the_coupe you should get the blk emblemless grill from Ionic it would look good on your car
