is something wrong with my g? (pic of wheel well)

is that screw looking thing supposed to come down that low, it's like an inch from my tire. if i go over a bump it'll prolly pop my tire! i had 19's on and it was even worse so i put the small wheels back on cuz i was worried

it is the upper control arm brushing. It will move up and down with your wheel together, and won't hit your wheel unless that is broken and falling off!!!!!!

oh okay thanks, so it's safe if it's just an inch above my tires?

i looked at my moms maxima and i couldn't even see a similar part above her tire

Screw thing??? Are you talking about the upper ball joint (gold top w/ red boot) if so you have nothing to worry about. The balljoint and the tire move relative to each other

most Hondas have the similar set up !!!!!!!

so if i go over a bump that thing will rise with the wheel? lol im jsut afraid its gonna poke my tire

your wheel is attached to 'that thing'. they can't move independent of each other without either the spindle or your wheel snapping.
