I have acceleration rattles. I thought it was my keys or the coins in the front ash tray.. Removed them both, and I still have the accelration rattles.

Sounds like it's somewhere in the dash.

Also heard it 'COULD BE' the exhaust heat shield, but it sounds more like it in the dash.

 

this might sound weird but i got in my car the day and heard a loud rattle all the sudden then a minute after that i took a hard turn and about an inch of plastic blasted out from somewhere in my car...idk where it came from (i didnt really investigate yet) but it was really random :S

 

I have an 03 and boy does it rattle, clutch chatter, etc. Oh well just play the radio louder.

No matter what I fix something else breaks.

 

My rattle happens to be around the rear windshield and also the driver side window rattles.
