When i turn my car on in the cold and start driving like a minute later in 1st and 2nd something vibrates it sounds like its something close to the dashboard like the firewall i guess. It stops when the oil temp goes up. weird.

^OMG...that sucks for him!

I know the timing belt is actually a timing chain in the VQ so if it gets thrown off you will also have to replace the transmission bearings too. Either that or it's your alternator bushings...

My rattle sounds like it's coming from the floor of the passenger side. I don't know for the life of me what it is. I'm guessing it's inside the passenger door near the speaker....Pffft... but who knows. I usually have the stereo loud, except when my 6 year old is in the car.

The only noise I have is when the seat belt holder on the passanger side isn't in the upright position and it vibrates against the door. I discovered that one shortly after I brought SLICK home.
