I have a 2003 G35 6MT. For the past two weeks there has been a rattling sound coming from the front driver side. When It started it would do it all the time when idling and when driving. Now it only does it when I get up to 40mph. I can put on the brakes and back it down to 35 and it will stop. The rattling volume increases when I pick up more speed. I have K & N cold Air intake which I have checked twice to make sure it is tight and not hitting anything. I just had new brake pads put on and I have the Brembo braking system, but I don't think it is that because it does not go it when braking. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

I checked the headlamp and its ok. It sound like it is coming from under the car?

 

omg man same problem its you catalytic converter!! just came back from the dealer today

 

It could be the driver side window, my window rattles from time to time

 

FIGURED IT OUT!! Put it up on jacks and found a bolt missing from the skid plate! Put a bolt in and now nice and quite! Thanks for all the responds there were appreciated.
