I would love to learn how to drive manual but in New York, there is so much traffic and plus noone to teach me. I wouldn't like to buy a M/T G35 without having some experience of actually driving a M/T. Don't want to ruin a beautiful car.

OK, all BS aside, console shifter's fine and I can live with it, but I need some paddles.
Need 'em bad, as the console setup is "race application" backwards in more ways than one......shift gate's on the passenger side; should be PULL-UPSHIFT, PUSH-DOWNSHIFT.
Or as of yesterday, badly needed a DTM-style dog-leg extension to the shifter. Kinda like this - high up & directly horizontal to the wheel: Any demand for dog-legs in the aftermarket?
(DTM-style, i.e., acceleration puts you back in your seat, engine braking for deceleration and/or braking brings your body forward.)
Not to mention, got some time off coming and maybe a wad of cash to spend. Hook ya boy up, my SFL homie.
If not, Meuller?...Meuller?...Mueller?
I'd appreciate any assistance from either or both of you cats.

Tiptronic/manumatic looks so much more fun to drive than using paddle shifters. Well I really have no clue lol because I drive a plain automatic. Thank you for the help!
Also what happens if you are on manumatic and forget to change gears? I'm so babied by pure automatic transmission...

All automatic G's come with the tiptronic transmission.
If you "forget" to shift gears the following will occur based on what you're asking the car to do:
Accelerating - engine will rev into the rev limiter and the car will protect itself from the mistake by cutting the engine's power in a cycle to remind you to pay attention to what you're doing.
Decelerating - transmission will automatically downshift normally if you don't initiate the shifts yourself.
Steady state cruising - if you've failed to select the appropriate gear, the engine will work harder than necessary and burn more fuel than necessary. Over time this might become a problem.
Don't be afraid to use the tiptronic if you go the AT route. It will be beneficial for you to learn a little about how machines work. It's sad you don't have a role model around who can teach you how to drive a stick.
