or he may have gone to a non Infiniti dealership and chances are they don't know about these problems.

 

Ok so just got back from looking at 2 G35's. One was a 2004 which is the one that had the ztube and did end up having a plenum spacer as well. Also had a Pioneer Avic D3, some subs and tint. Everything looked great drove great even in the snow we have here in Michigan...only problem was they only wanted to give me $10,500 for my 2005 Ford F150 with 78,000 miles...I said no. SOOO I went to another dealer that had a 2003 with 44,000 miles for $12,995. Sounded great but got there and there were cracks in the rear bumpers, like 5 inches long, scratches all over, the tail light had a chunck taken out of it, had chips in the door sill, the seats were worn badly, the thing drove like crap. Was shaking and vibrating bad, like it needed new struts or something up front. And the front lip had a big dent in it from probably hitting a curb when pulling in to a parking spot and I opened the hood and the left rear corner hit the fender when opened more than half way. I took it for the drive and came back and said no thanks and left. When the salesman first met me outside I immediately was pointing things out and he was not acknowledging the cosmetic stuff and then says well it is a 2003 and I have dropped the price $1,300 in the past 2 weeks, I said to my fiance he better keep dropping it cuz hes not going to sell it at that price.

So the result is no G35 in my driveway, but I plan on continuing to look and probably try and sell my truck myself, get like in the 15k range (my payoff is 11,800) and put some down on the 2004 that I first looked at. So now on to selling my truck.
