I heated up a razorblade and cut another inch or so into the opening left by factory for the oil change... im able to remove my filter at the same time without having to take the whole thing off... only thing is... you need to only lift the front... keep the back on the ground, and lift the passanger side an inch more than the driver side... yes, the passanger side, so when you take the oil filter off, it rolls to the left and through the enlarged hole I made and not onto the metal framing that supports the undercarriage..
