Even if the car is a 6 speed manual? please give me any information you guys know I will need to tow a 2007 350z on a dolly with the rear wheels on the ground because it had a front impact.

if the car is in neutral with the E-brake off, i dont see why that would be a problem...someone correct me if im wrong?

The only time you can cause damage by towing a a car like that is if its a automatic. The manual gear box can be pulled any distance as long as it is in neutral and e brake is down with no problems

get a trailer and don't worry about it. I've used both and the trailer is much more comfortable.

Yeah, should be fine in nuetral and no brake.
OK, Are you guys sure it will be ok to tow it on a dolly? It is a manual tranny not a automatic.... It would be easyer to tow it on a full trailer but I have a dolly and it will be free this way lol. Any more info would be great I dont want to mess anything up ill be towing it about 40 miles so not to far and will be through back roads so hitting speeds of maybe 60mph max....

If you have doubt, just disconnect the drive shaft. I don't see any issues as long as it's manual w/ E brake off. Automatic is a different story, though.

im 100% sure that on 6MT you will be fine with ebrake off and in Neutral, for automatic I cant say the same.

Amkuluta, they've already told you what everyone knows! There's no issues towing a MT for ever how long! AT should be put on a flatbed for any distance but they too can be towed a few miles left in neutral with the parking brake off, naturally. Now if you have any doubts call for a flat bed, I just hope they don't drop it off like one of the members on MY350Z....Originally Posted by amkaluta
