^Those emotions. I understand your frustration, but if you don't keep it in check, you just might loose this battle. Don't get me wrong, I'm pulling for you! But, I've been there before (as have alot of people in similar situations) and I'm merely suggesting to hold off on getting too fired up, cause you might end up blowing up. Do as they said above, then go down to the police station and file a police report. They dont have to come to you to fill out the report.

 

^^^^thats what i would do...take all the pictures you have along with all the pics from her truck as well showing the proof, print them out, make copies (just in case), and head down to your local police station and make a report. THE SOONER THE BETTER! GL bro

 

Take a piece of the paint chips off of her car to prove it was your paint if need be.

 

Call the police and your insurance company. Let them go after her. your rates won't go up. Replace the fender since she will be paying for it. You don't want bondo in your fender lip that cat crack, peel or fall out if you hit a bad bump.

Stab 3 tires. If you stab 4, most insurence companies will cover it, but they wont for 3 tires LOL!!! Speaking from experience.

You should get a copy of the parking spot agreements or whatever. Take it with you along with the pics. You can never have enough info.
