Came home to the little SURPIRSE!!!

Oh well. It's fixed now.
Quit trying to get an honest answer from this b!tch that hit you! Make a police report and point out your car and the area on her truck where she hit you. File charges of a "Hit & Run" and see if she fesses up. I believe that dent is too big for a Paintless Dent Removal company, couldn't hurt to ask! Are the scratches thru the clearcoat/paint into the primer, difficult to tell from the pic? Good Luck with this, I dislike dishonest azzholes....

I filed a police report after giving the cops pics of my car and "her" car and her insurance paid for the repair! UGH! this is just so wrong!
I agree with the others. If it doesn't go in your favor and you have to pay for it then slash her tires. Slash them from the side wall so you she can't get them repaired. Once she gets new tires, do it once more. Repeat the process until her cost of getting new tires is greater than the cost of getting your fender fixed.
Slashing the tires is a bit extreme. Just find a few small pebbles, stick them inside the valve covers and screw them half way on. The air will still leak out of the tires, but there won't be any physical evidence of someone messing with her vehicle. Hell, you could do this even if she ends up paying for the damage just becuase she made dealing with her such a Pain. She'll still have to call a tow truck, and likely will still replace the tires as few people ever think to check the tires/valves before replacing them. Hell just do one or 2 tires at a time and she'd be even less likely to catch on. Even if she is smart enough to check them and have them refilled, she still has the tow truck expense, and after doing that 2-3 times I guarentee her days will be more then a little bit ruined. I did this to an ex-gf in high school... although only to one tire, her family ended up replacing the tire because there wasn't any physical damage that they could see and they just figured the tire had gone bad.
She is your typical dumb **** that can't fess up and admit she was wrong!!

The effectiveness of the ceramic shards is a result of the hardness of the material relative to tempered glass and the structure of the glass. Tempered glass used in automobile windows is softer on the Mohs scale than spark plug ceramic (specifically aluminum oxide ceramic). Aluminum oxide ceramic rates a 9 on the Mohs scale; diamonds are 10, glass is 6.5. Additionally, tempered glass is manufactured with an extremely high surface tension, giving it strength, but also causing it to abruptly shatter into thousands of tiny pieces when it breaks. The result is that the hard, sharp shard of ceramic creates a small scratch in the glass which then rapidly propagates across the entire piece of glass as the surface tension is released. The glass subsequently shatters into many small pieces.
