AT was obviously sandbagging. Or the MT was single turbo. Either way, video is fake.

Lawl at auto owners pretending their **** is faster. You bought auto for a reason and if you love it, great. But don't pretend it is something it's not.

And OP, buy what you like. I have never for a second regretted getting 6mt, traffic can't take away how great it is having more control over your car. But why don't you drive both and then make your best guess at what you will like down the road?

Most of my cars were auto in the past, with equal mods, at vs. 6MT., absolutelty no comparison. Anyone that tells you otherwise is someone that bought and auto. and doesn't want to admit his regret.
now, OTOH, if you're driving in heavy traffic, hands down an auto. is the wiser choice. When I get stuck in traffic in my G, my left kneee goes numb.
When I get stuck in traffic in my auto Maxima, I just relax.
Now, I absolutely love my 6mt. and can't imagine having bought an auto, at all. Manual cars also rrspond significantly better to most mods so, you have to figure out your goal with the car.
Drive both and buy what suits your needs better, not what we want.

I don't know why you're so defensive, Revo.

I'm not defensive...sounds like you're just trying to deflect now that you know you're wrong.

It's ok bro, your auto is super fast.

Yea, my friend owns a TL 6 speed and drives 280 too. He says even though theres a lot of traffic, the benefits of having a 6 speed out weigh the down sides. Also, I could easily schedule my classes for when traffic is low. So I guess traffic won't be a issue unless I pick my classes at the last minute (which I will never do again). I'll test drive the auto, and let my dad test drive the 6MT while I'm in passenger. I understand how to drive 6MT, just don't wanna mess something up without buying it first since it would be my first time driving 6MT. Just hoping the cars I was looking at aren't gone yet. Or I'll have to go to Atlanta. Thanks for the feed back though everyone.

And that 5AT did get beat pretty bad.

That sucks, considering a stock MT does it in the 14s...
