You know I can't believe that no one suggested the OP do a search before asking a stupid question that has no definitive answer. Some people like MT's some like AT's. If you don't know what kind of a trans you would prefer maybe you should do a little more research by going out and driving both. There are several threads that say the exact same things over and over again. This is a waste of time.

How many horses would I be looking at with those upgrades? I see those are some of the common upgrades on peoples G's. And I'm looking for an 05'. Just may have to wait.

That makes no sense. Maybe you could try a search and see how many times this has already been debated. There was even a Poll. There is nothing fresh about rehashing the same thing over and over again.
Very mature response icrazy2u now i understand why you would have to ask what to drive MT or AT. You see most of us have been driving long enough to know which we prefer. Your a real asset to this forum. Post on!
