Tinting windows- AM radio reception
I'm going to get my new '04 Coupe's windows tinted this week. I was wondering if anyone had their AM radio reception ruined from the tint on the rear window since the antenna is in the window. I like to listen to AM radio once in a while, especially at night- it's cool to listen to stations like Chicago and New York stations down here in Florida.

Not that I've noticed, but then again I only listen to local AM stations (local to NYC, I should say).
Btw, Florida radio stations suck. Your radio stations just play the same exact songs over and over again, all day long. It's seriously like listening to a jukebox permanently set on "repeat" or something.

I also have Sirius satellite radio which is totally awesome. Once in a long while while driving at night I like to scan the AM dial, taking a break from listening to Sirius and CD's, and "DX" to see which station is the farthest away. I'm a radio enthusiast and collect shortwave radios. Yes, FL radio stations are terrible and I never listen to them.
